As there is a cost to the Association for holding the Conference, we must aplly a refund policy in the event of cancellation of registration by an attendee. Any cancelation of registration will be refunded in whole or in part depending on the period of receipt of the refund request.
- Before September 1,2026 : full refund minus $100 administration fee.
- September 1 to September 30,2026 : 50% refund of the registration fee minus $100 administration fee.
- From October 1 to October 15, 2026 : no refund.
- For people who are refused their VISA to enter Canada, the registration fee will be refunded at 100% minus bank transfer fees provided that the application is made before October 1, 2026. After this date, no refunds will be possible.
No refunds will be given to registrants who do not comply with the conditions mentioned above.
Delegates who do not attend the meals, receptions or coffee breaks included in the registration fee will not receive a refund equivalent to the cost of the activity they did not attend.
How do I submit a refund request?
Any request for a refund of registration must be sent by email to conference@spina.qc.ca. Cancellation requests submitted in any other manner will not be accepted.
How is my refund made :
The refund will be made by the same method of payment as teh registration. If an international transfer fee applies, it will be deducted from the refund amount.
